This website is operated by KM Pacific Investments Inc. ("KM Pacific", "we") to promote the homes at 2995 Adanac Street, Vancouver, BC, which are marketed by Paul Toffoli, Vancouver BC REALTOR®. What we collect

Why we collect it
- To confirm your open house RSVP, send you directions and a calendar invite, and contact you about your visit.
- To answer your questions about the homes and the purchase process.
- If you tick "Send me updates", to email you news about these homes (price changes, new open house dates). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure which ads work so we spend our advertising budget well.
Who receives it
Your RSVP goes only to KM Pacific Investments Inc. and to Paul Toffoli, the REALTOR® marketing these homes. We do not sell your information. Service providers that help us run the site (web hosting, email delivery and any customer-management tool we use) process it on our behalf.
Cookies and advertising tools
This site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies to tell us how visitors use the site and whether our ads led to an RSVP. When you RSVP, a protected (hashed) version of your email may be shared with Meta and Google to measure ad results. You can limit this in your browser settings, through Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep RSVP information for as long as needed for the sale of these homes and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing kojim@kmpacific.com. We will respond within 30 days.
